Littlelife Freedom S4 Child Carrier Backpacks are designed for long hikes in the summer with young children.

These carriers are manufactured from robust polyester and nylon fabrics, with a lightweight aluminium internal frame for extra support. An Airflow Adjust back system allows a bespoke fit for adults who are 5’2” - 6’4” tall, with improved back comfort from the foam filled straps, back padding and lumber support. A padded pivoting hip belt also helps to reduce rubbing and discomfort whilst walking.

Storage capacity in the Freedom S4 is twenty-one litres, and is split over a number of areas for increased stability when worn. To the rear, above the foot anchor point, is a large zipped pocket for carrying baby essentials. On the lower left hand side is a further zipped pocket, and on the right hand side, a billowed storage pouch for water bottles and flasks. A smaller zipped pocket can be found on the back of the seating area, and two small zipped pockets on the waist belt (one contains the viewing mirror) are ideal for storing snacks and small toys.

To load your child, stabilise the carrier by placing your foot into the patented reinforced anchor hole. Place your child in the child seat and secure them with the patented X-buckle harness system. Adjustment can be made to the anatomically designed seating area so that your child is as comfortable as possible. To keep your child entertained and safe on your walk, a replaceable and washable animal print soft pad faces the child. Behind the child is a further padded foam support for cushioning small necks. Hypalon loops on either sides of the seating areas also allow for the storage of important toys. Should the sun be too bright, then an easy access pull out sun shade is located just behind the head of your child.

Lifting the daysack on to your back is relatively straight forward. Use the backpacks shoulder straps and side grab handles to lift the carrier on to your back. Clip the waist belt shut first and adjust so that it is comfortable. Then clip the chest straps closed, and finally adjust the shoulder straps.
