Recommended Use

• Gently massage a small amount of lotion into clean, damp skin, focusing on hands, knees, feet & elbows. If your skin is extra dry, sprinkle with tap water before applying lotion. 

Recommended Dosage

• Shake well. Mist 5-10 sprays over your body 15 minutes prior to sleep. Spray onto clean skin, focusing on sore areas. Great for muscle tension, insomnia and promoting relaxation. Avoid broken or freshly shaven skin.
